Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do on Lannzo or with anything you deploy through it. It applies to every account, organization and deployment, and is part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You may not use Lannzo to host or distribute:

• Malware, exploits, or tools built to attack other systems.
• Phishing pages or anything designed to impersonate another person, company or service.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
• Child sexual abuse material, in any form. We report this to the relevant authorities without exception.
• Content that is illegal under Spanish or EU law, or under the law of the place where you operate.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the shared infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining or other purposes unrelated to running your deployment.
• Attempt to bypass the network isolation or other controls that keep builds and deployments separated from each other.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, organization or deployment.
• Exceed the platform's documented rate limits through automated or scripted abuse.
• Resell access to Lannzo without our prior written authorization.

Enforcement

If we find content or conduct that violates this policy, we may remove the content, suspend the deployment or token involved, or suspend the account, depending on the severity of the violation. Where the risk is immediate, such as active malware or an attack in progress, we may act before contacting you. In every other case, we will try to tell you what happened and why.

Reporting a violation

If you believe something hosted on Lannzo violates this policy, write to legal@lannzo.com with as much detail as you can provide, including the address or project involved.

Relationship to the Terms of Service

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. A violation of this policy is a violation of those terms, and may result in suspension or termination as described there.
