Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Lannzo. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Lannzo, operated by Crossmedia Software SL (CIF B72817661, Avenida Finisterre 275 2º IZ, 15008, A Coruña, Spain). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are part of this agreement.

The service

Lannzo is a platform for deploying and operating web applications and the APIs behind them. It is under active development. Secure sign-in, verified sessions and organization accounts are live today. Build, release and traffic routing are being built and are not yet available; we mark them as such wherever we describe them, and we do not present them as finished before they are.

We may add, change or remove features as the platform develops. We will not remove a feature you rely on without reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken with access tokens you create or grant to tools and agents. Tell us immediately at legal@lannzo.com if you suspect your account or a token has been compromised.

Organizations and teams

Every account starts with an explicit owner membership. Organization owners are responsible for who they add to their organization and for the access those members are given. Removing a member ends their access to that organization's projects, but does not by itself delete data that member created on the organization's behalf.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Lannzo, and to operate anything you deploy through it, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove a deployment, token or account that violates it, as described in that policy.

Access tokens and automated use

Personal, CLI, MCP, automation and service tokens let you or a tool act on your account. A token never grants more than the account that created it already has. You are responsible for what you grant a tool or agent access to, and for revoking a token you no longer need.

Your content

You keep all rights to the code, data and configuration you deploy through Lannzo. You grant us only the limited right to store, process and run it as needed to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train models or for any purpose beyond running your deployments.

Availability

Lannzo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while it is in active development. We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime level, and we will work to communicate planned maintenance and known issues as clearly as we can.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the security of Lannzo or other users. Where practical, we will tell you why. You may stop using Lannzo and close your account at any time; some data may be retained afterwards as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Lannzo does not currently charge for the features described on this site. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will describe their terms separately and they will not apply to your existing use without your agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crossmedia Software SL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Lannzo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of A Coruña, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence if you are contracting as a consumer.

We may update these terms as Lannzo evolves; continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms. For anything related to these terms, write to legal@lannzo.com.
